Goals

Resource Mobilization: Activate and coordinate community resources (financial, expertise, networks) to address the school's immediate crisis, and connect stakeholder groups under unified leadership and direction.

Crisis Intervention: Implement specific measures to rescue the school from its current critical situation and prevent closure.

Governance Stabilization: Establish foundational changes to ensure sustainable leadership that aligns with Quaker values and secures the school's long-term future, with oversight and contingencies of Coalition-generated funding secured in a protected fund.
